On the mission to becoming the best version of ourselves, it is imperative that we are complete as individuals. Being complete prefaces success in so many areas of our lives. It is acquired through deep self-awareness and self-knowledge, relentless pursuit of self-improvement, and unlearning as much as learning. We must accept our strengths and our weaknesses, be accountable and connected to our values and desires, and commit to living consistently in the truth of who we are despite the inevitable possibility of being judged, disliked, or unaccepted.
Here is a comprehensive compilation of my very own core values as guidance in being complete daily:
To embody a genuine soul, you must stand in the presence of your imperfections and embrace your total truth. Respect yourself and command respect from others. Take the time to figure out who you are and liberate yourself from trying to be anyone else. Know where you’re from and own it. Believe in yourself and be unapologetically you.
The more gratitude you express, the more you will have to be grateful for. Find three things to be thankful for daily, focus on #lifegoals, be mindful of your words, spend time in nature, take care of your body, think outside the box, and do more of what brings you joy.
In order to grow, you have to exit your comfort zones, rid yourself of fear, and visualize your success. Appreciate your struggle, invite challenges, celebrate new ideas, expand your intellectual capability, and finally blow your own freaking mind.
Your intuition is a powerful gift. When something doesn’t feel right or when vibe frequencies are out of sync, pay attention to that sensitivity. Invest wisely in your relationships, upgrade your knowledge, create organic connections, and be true to yourself.
Cultivating an open mind is exhibiting a willingness to consider or receive new and different ideas. Adjust your perspective, embrace the unknown, forgive and love all humans, laugh more, eliminate stress by being open to change, strive to be judgement-free, and make the most of life.
Be A Positive Influence.
There are many ways to be a positive force in your daily interactions. Impact change by talking/dreaming less and doing more. Encourage, motivate, and inspire those around you. Recognize your power, restore life values, be strong, choose happiness, and live intentionally.
Be Of Substantial Integrity.
As you navigate through life, let integrity be your essence. Do the right thing for the right reason even when no one is watching. Be tactfully honest, fulfill your promises, allow for the proper influences, live your purpose, live with passion, and take responsibility for the lives you connect and impact.
